The room is for single occupancy only. Looking for a clean and tidy tenant.

Use of shared living room and kitchen/diner, which is very large and has all modern amenities, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, etc. There is a large garden with a patio, which houses a hot tub. There is ample parking on the drive and the road. Utilities, council tax and broadband are included in the rent and we have a cleaner for the communal areas of the house once a week.
