Sunny first floor room with bay window in my Victorian terraced house in Clive Vale. Share kitchen, bathroom and living space with me - I'm a woman writer and painter, working from home. I don't smoke.
There's a large deck with a sea view and a good sized garden.

It's 15 minutes walk to the heart of the Old Town and there are various bus routes nearby, including 100, 321 and 328 - easy to get to the Conquest hospital, if you work there, for example.
