It has a living room large enough for the landlord to teach tango occasionally’, or good for yoga etc. (the rent also reflects this). The spacious flat is filled with plants, window boxes, views of the private gardens. 10min walk to the train station, central Tunbridge Wells all amenities. There’s 15 flats in the building with nice residents, it’s a safe secure building. My landlord can arrange a viewing. Couples welcome, for $800 per month inclusive.
