House: - 1990s detached. 1 double bedroom available, shared use of kitchen, lounge, dining, bathroom, garden.
Heat pump for heating and hot water. No gas. Currently not connected to broadband but happy to get it. Has previously been connected and can get decent speeds here.
Location - vibrant village community , 20-30mins from Hastings, 5 min walk to station (London-Hastings line) and open fields.

Looking for: sociable, considerate, eco-aware, age 30s-50s person. Veggie/vegan preferred (not essential/to discuss)
Open to someone with a dog, but not so keen on cats - maybe if we were otherwise a very good match. I would expect you to pay for any damage done by your pet.
