You’re also only about a 10min walk to Tooting Broadway Market, Juliets, Gails, Milk Run and load of other great coffee shops and cafes.

The room is bright and spacious with a large windows, letting in lots of natural light. There is a shared bathroom with the other tenant. The flat original came unfurnished, the furniture in the room is available to buy. If you don’t want/need the furniture it will be sold before you move me.
