Hi there!

I’m Ruth, and I’ve lived in this flat for the past 5 years. It’s very homely and I’ve loved living here. It’s about 10 minutes from Tooting Bec station and right next to Tooting Commons.

You will be taking the room in the photos. Available from end of October. It’s south facing so is super bright and sunny, and it’s got good storage too - there’s also a wardrobe outside the room for you to use. Bills come to around £90-110 a month.

My brother George is in the other room, he’s 26 and is doing a masters in AI and ethics. He’s very laidback, likes a good book and is just a lovely human being all round!

As for me - I’m 31, female, working for an insurance company but have moved to London to attend as many dance classes as possible! Also love my hot yoga. I’m super easy going and love to have a chat.
We’re looking for someone we can both get along with and is clean and tidy - bonus if you know how to play Catan. As the room is quite small it’d be better if you didn’t WFH but the right person can use the living room (or work in your bed, up to you!)
