A double bed is available in a 2 bed apartment. My current flatmate has decided to move out and the room is available. It is a big spacious room with a lot of light and is furnished.
I also have a fully set up kitchen, a living space to spend sometime at and a beautiful terrace.

Location
It is a 5 minute walking Tooting Broadway underground station and a 10 minute walk Tooting Bec.
The rail is 10 minutes away.
There is a Lidl just downstairs. And I live on the main road.

About the current flatmate
I am easy going, currently work in marketing and am looking for a chill flatmate. I’m happy to do a movies night or grab a bite/drink sometime and equally happy to be in my own space. I work hybrid as well.
