We're looking for a someone to take a double room in our great split-level 3 bed flat

The room is a lovely bright double bedroom. The room comes with a bed and a wardrobe.

You'll be living with Annaliese, 30, who's into CrossFit and formula 1.

You'll also be loving with Emily, a secondary school teacher - although she'll be moving out in September/October as she's buying her own flat!

The flat has three bedrooms on two levels. The upstairs room has an ensuite (Emily) and this room shares a bathroom (bath with shower) with the other bedroom (Annaliese).

We have a very spacious kitchen/living room which is great for chilling in the evening and for anyone who likes to cook!

The flat is very close to tooting bec tube station and several nice cafes, a great pub and a choice of local supermarkets.

Bills come to about £100/month each.

We're looking for another professional who will be a friendly presence, will clean up after themselves and enjoy this lovely flat!
