Cosy room available in a 3 bedroom maisonette. The room has been recently furnished with a new wool carpet, double bed with new mattress and a wardrobe. I’m in the process of getting a chest or drawers and a desk. The room comes with the use of a study room with extra storage, the amount of furnishing needed between these two rooms is adjustable to your needs.
Shared facilities are lounge, kitchen, bathroom and garden.
I’m looking for a professional to rent the room for 5 days a week, someone who is sociable, tidy and respectful of others.
Im usually away 2-3 days per week visiting family therefore the accommodation allows for privacy and quiet enjoyment.
