My name is Simon and I have a double room available! Move in date 08.02.26!

The flat has always been a sociable one, I’m a musician so my hours do vary but I am very respectful of others especially at night.

I enjoy walking, running, music, cooking, drinks and am always up for a chat & to hang out!

The flat is clean and a new bathroom has just been installed! My room is an en suite so you essentially will have the main bathroom all to yourself!

Bills come to approximately £100/£130 monthly depending on electricity!

The flats location is great, right next to Tooting Bec common and 10 mins walk to amenities! The flat has permit parking and water is included in rent!

There is also a huge attic we can use for storage and the flat is furnished!!
