Hey everyone! We are looking for someone to join us in our spacious flat in Tooting Broadway from the 1st of Feb.

The room:

* South facing bedroom with a bay window
* Furnished
* Rent: £840/month

The flat: Spacious and comfortable, with a lovely living area that’s great for relaxing together. Also a cosy terrace which is great for BBQs in the summer. We’re just a 5-minute walk to Tooting Overground and 10 minutes to Tooting Broadway, with loads of bus routes, cafés, shops, and restaurants nearby.

About us: We’re a friendly, social household (26-30). We like to chill with a glass of wine and takeaway, watching reality TV and documentaries, or the occasional dinner party. We also love a quiet night in! We all travel fairly frequently for our jobs with a mix of office/wfh days so quite flexible with your routine.

We’re looking for someone clean, tidy, and easygoing who enjoys a chat and would fit into our relaxed, friendly vibe 😊
