Looking to sublet my room (Tooting Broadway SW17) for a short term 2 weeks (Feb 5-Feb20)

I'm looking for £300 per week (bills are INCLUDED) what a deal! . Ideally someone to stay the entire time!

I'm looking for someone (hopefully a plant lover) to come and stay in this beautiful room while I'm away on contract for 5 weeks. It's just 5-10 minutes from Tooting Broadway station (Northern line) and High Street has absolutely everything you could ever need. The Market is incredible for restaurants and some cool nightlife too.

We're a tidy house with a very chilled vibe. We are looking for someone respectful, tidy, and kind.

The room comes with a big computer monitor, a big TV on the wall and a Simba Mattress on the bed. I will clear out all of the stuff in the photo except the furniture. It will be a lovely clear space for you.

The price includes absolutely everything (Rent, Water, Heating, TV license and Wifi). Please do not hesitate to message me if you have any more questions
