Our current flatmate is returning to his home country, so we are looking for a like-minded new housemate to join our home.

You will be sharing the house with two professionals (aged 32–42). During weekdays the house is usually quiet and relaxed, as we both work. On weekends we occasionally spend time in the garden or head to the pub, but this is definitely not a party house.

The room comes fully furnished and the rent is £890 per month, which includes all bills and a fortnightly cleaner.
