Looking for a chilled flatmate with a job who doesn’t mind being sociable and is up for the occasional drink. Also who thinks life is too short to put post-it notes on milk! The flat includes a really big living room with the world’s comfiest sofa and obligatory Netflix/ Now TV.

Fitted wardrobes and additional storage in the loft. Washing machine, dishwasher and tumble-dryer.

The flat is right beside Tooting Bec Common which is a great space for chilling in the summer. Also 6 minutes’ walk from Tooting Bec station (Zone 3 Northern Line & night tube) and 12 minutes’ walk from Balham (Northern Line and direct trains to Victoria - 4 stops via Clapham Junction).

For anyone who doesn’t know it - Tooting Bec is very safe and full of nice little coffee shops etc. while Balham and Tooting Broadway have a lot of bars, restaurants etc. and are really fun places to go out.
