Looking for a replacement tenant in a spacious three-bed house between Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway. The room is on the first floor, and has a large bay window overlooking a tree-lined street. It is furnished with a double bed and mattress, and there is also a built-in wardrobe and storage cupboard in the room.

The house is located just up the street from the high street, Tesco, and several independent shops and restaurants. It is also a 7 minute walk from Tooting Bec station.

The rest of the house features two other double rooms, a large living space with sofas and tables, a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a backyard (often used for barbecues!)

The other housemates are good friends, love watching tv & films, exercising and (in normal life) going out socialising. Both are 28 and male, one is a Civil Servant, and the other is a musician and piano teacher. As such, we are not looking for someone with a specific job, but someone who will easily fit into our existing relaxed and fun dynamic.
