My housemate is moving out so there is now a double bedroom with an ensuite available to rent.

The flat is a top floor flat flanked on one side by a wooded area and on another has easy access to Tooting Bec common.

The room has plenty of storage and a decent shower.
The flat itself is very well lit and spacious.

The area is lovely, we are about a 60 second walk away from Tooting Bec athletics track and gym, and about 7-10 minutes walk from Tooting Bec underground.

We are about 15 minutes from Tooting overground station too.

The contract has a 6 month break clause and is set to run for 2 years. There is an increase of £200 written into the contract that begins in October, we will split this proportionally.

I am a very easy going person. I usually aim to go to bed fairly early around 10pm and won't take kindly to any disturbance after this time of day. Also I am a tidy person and will do my bit to keep the flat in a good condition so am after a flatmate that is tidy too.

Other than this, as mentioned I am very laid back, if you are a nice person I am sure we will get along just fine :)
