I am looking for someone to take over my accomodation in Tooting until June 14th
Private Student Room in a shared accommodation on the second floor. The room overlooks London.
Includes: door lock, desk, radiator, chair, bed, fridge and freezer, wardrobe, bedside table, drawers, cupboards, shelves, and a working sink with a cabinet and mirror.
The rent is £760 a month including all other bills and wifi.
5 bathrooms with showers.
There are two fully equipped kitchens with your own storage space.
There is a common room with a piano and pool table, two bike sheds, and a gym.
The halls are located next to Tooting Broadway, which is a great night out. It has great transport links including the Northern line, Thameslink, buses and trams. It takes 20 minutes to get into London.
A 10-minute walk away is Tooting Common, a massive park with tennis courts and Tooting Lido. I really enjoy living in Cedars halls and will be sad to go but whoever takes my space will settle in immediately and find it just as cozy.
