The rent is £650pm & the bills come to about £50 as council tax is included in our rent.

The highstreet is a 10 minute walk from us with lots of bars, parks, brunch spots and an awesome market. There’s a huge sainsburys, aldi, boots, primark and lots more shops nearby.

The house is made up of three girls in our mid twenties so we are looking for someone around the same age. We’re looking for someone sociable as we are always up for house dinners, movie nights and a trip to the pub, but we also respect each other’s personal space. The house really has become our home so it’s important to us that we keep it tidy/homely!

We have a garden (it currently needs some love) so if you have any gardening skills, that would be a massive bonus hehe.
