Looking for a female to sublet a double bedroom in a cozy 4 bed 2 bath house in Tooting Bec, from 28 December to 8 February.

The house is split over three levels. Your room is on the top floor with the bathroom right outside, which you will be sharing with two other girls. The house has a massive kitchen and separate lounge, and is part of a mews so is very safe and secure. We have a cleaner who comes every fortnight so the place is very clean and tidy.

You’ll be living with three other girls all in their mid twenties. They are all friendly and social, but also very respectful of space.

- 2 min walk to Tooting Bec tube station and bus stop
- 5 min walk to Tesco and Sainsbury's, with a small M&S right outside!
- 8 min walk to Wandsworth Common
- Loads of amazing curry houses and cafes in the area!
