Looking for a friendly new housemate to join our lovely home just a 5-minute walk from Tooting Bec Station and Tooting Bec Common. Located on Hillbrook Road, it’s a quiet terrace school street with great transport links & tonnes of shops and cafés close by.

Spacious and homely, open-plan kitchen/living room, perfect for cooking and hanging out, plus a good-sized garden that’s ideal in summer/warmer months. 2 bathrooms.

*The Room – a Medium-sized Double + Office (First Floor)*

A cosy, comfortable first-floor room with built-in wardrobes and a double bed as well as its own small office space.

*Your Housemates*

You’ll be sharing with Danny and Eden. Both super laid-back, down-to-earth young professionals, both working in marketing, usually spend 3 days a week in the office. Friendly, sociable, always up for a chat or a quick pint, but also respectful of everyone’s space.

*Who We’re Looking For*

We're open to any gender, ideally 25-35. Just looking for someone considerate, chilled and easy-going to keep the house as a home. Not a party house by any means, but we're always up for hosting & have ample space to do so. Essentially a perfect place for a young professional.
