I am moving out and my housemate is looking for someone to live with in the flat!

I have lived with him for around 5 years and the flat is very clean, tidy and recently decorated. The flat is on two floors with the bedrooms below the living room.

There is a large kitchen/dinning room with the kitchen on a raised floor above the dining room, a very large living room with a nice east facing balcony.

There are 2 loos, one upstairs and downstairs. There is a plenty of storage and the room going spare is a nice double bedroom.
