Hey everyone :) We’re looking for someone to fill a room in our lovely home from the 17th of June as our housemate is moving back home to Andorra!

You’d be living with four women in their mid-20s and a cat called Stella, (it’s therefore pretty important that you like cats!) We live a short walk from Tooting-Bec station and the common. Our interests include yoga, the gym, running, gardening, cooking, salsa, and music. We work as a paralegal, social worker, PA, and at the British Library,

We have all come to the house through SpareRoom or similar but are good friends and we’ve made it a home as opposed to a co-habited space which is important to us. We share staple foods, will often cook for eachother, and we often spend time together on evenings and weekends. We treat both the house and each other with respect, pitching in to keep it clean and tidy as much as possible and except for the odd occasion, are not a party house, (although we do enjoy having friends round!) We are therefore looking for people who share these values!

The room is £975 + bills. The room is very spacious and has big sliding glass doors out onto the garden! It has a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chest of drawers, as well as a sofa included.

We have a large garden, spacious living room and kitchen, and bathrooms both up and downstairs.

Generally we have been paying approx. £70 per month for bills but that’s the max and is ofc less in the summer!
