Hi, I’m Isaac, I’m 27, and am looking to rent out the second bedroom in my 2 bed flat. For the last 18 months I’ve been renting it to my mate, but he’s now moving in with his girlfriend.

I’m the guy in the far left, with the hat, for reference. I’m pretty outgoing, I’m out running 4 times a week atm, and play padel every Tuesday! I like seeing friends for beers and what not as well. About once a month I like to go home for the weekend.
