Hello All!

Looking to sublet my room (Tooting Broadway SW17) for three months Devember 6th- March 2nd

I'm looking for £925 pm what a deal! Ideally someone to stay the entire time.

I'm looking for someone (hopefully a plant lover) to come and stay in this beautiful room while I'm away on contract for 3 months. It's just 5-10 minutes from Tooting Broadway station (Northern line) and the high street has absolutely everything you could ever need including M&S (newly added), The Market is incredible for restaurants (and the best indian food in London) and some cool nightlife too.

We're a tidy house with a very chilled vibe. We are looking for someone respectful, tidy, and kind. We are LBGTAI+ friendly (currently everyone living here is gay)

The room comes with a big computer monitor, a big TV on the wall and a Simba Mattress on the bed. I will clear out all of the stuff in the photo except the furniture. It will be a lovely clear space for you.

The price includes absolutely everything (Rent, Water, Heating, and Wifi). Please do not hesitate to message me if you have any more questions
