I’m looking for someone to take my spacious double bedroom in Tooting Bec for one month, while I’m away ✈️

The location is honestly ideal — less than a 5-minute walk to Tooting Bec tube, with the Northern Line taking you straight into central London.

You’re also:

🛒 2 mins from Fitness First, Sainsbury’s Local & Tesco Express
🛍️ Close to Lidl, with Aldi, Sainsbury’s etc. just a short walk away in Balham
🚇 Less than 5 mins to Tooting Bec station

🛏️ The room

A lovely, spacious double bedroom with plenty of storage. I’ll completely clear out one side of the wardrobe before you move in, so you’ll have lots of hanging and storage space.

There’s also a desk and second monitor available if you need to work from home.

🏠 The flat

The flat has a gorgeous open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, making it a really nice space to relax and spend time in.

There are two bathrooms, so you’ll have the main bathroom essentially to yourself.

And probably most importantly — you’ll be sharing with my lovely friend, 26F, who works in the City around London Bridge. She’s super friendly, sociable and outgoing, so it’s a great option if you’re new to London and would like to live with someone who’s up for being friendly and social, while still having your own space. 🫶

💷 Rent

£1,300 for the month, including ALL bills.

Rent would need to be paid in full before moving in.
