Large double room available for single person or couple. The property is a ground floor flat in a semi-detached house. Lots of built-in storage. TV. Superking-size bed (two sets of linen provided).
Bathroom with bath and shower is NOT ensuite; shared with one other occupant (but they will not be there much during the winter, so it will be for sole use most of the time).

The flat has a kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher and washing machine, and open plan living / dining area which opens out into the patio and garden (a lovely sunny spot from mid-morning to late afternoon)

Parking for one vehicle is included (on private driveway at the front of the property)

Bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity and WiFi) are included, with a 'reasonable use' expectation.

The room will be available from Saturday 31st October (possibly the week before) until the end of April 2027, so 6 months in total.

I'm looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy; must be in full-time employment (not working from home). Must be comfortable living alone, as I work away a lot through the winter months. No smokers and no pets, sorry.

It really is a lovely place to live - Walls Hall is literally just across the road, with access to the South West Coast Path. Anstey's Cove Beach is just a short walk away (10 minutes). The lovely villages of Babbacombe and Wellswood are about 10 minutes on foot in either direction, both with a mini market, shops, pubs and cafés / restaurants. Torquay harbour is about 25 minutes on foot, but there is a bus stop just across the road with a regular service into Torquay.

Rent is £650 pcm for a single occupant or £800 for a couple.
