I wish to rent out two bedrooms in my house. you will share one bathroom with one other person. You will have access to the kitchen and utility room. The rooms are bright, newly decorated with new carpets. The shared bathroom is modern and very clean with a shower over the bath. All utilities and wifi included. I live here with my son and my golden Labrador. we are both hard working and quiet people and keep the house clean and tidy at all times. A cleaner comes to clean twice a week and she would clean your room should you wish, but do not expect her to pick up your belongings, she is here to clean. No guests will be allowed in the house. This is a very strict rule. I am looking for clean, tidy, respectful and quiet working people who have a proven record of a steady job
