Hiya, we’ve got two beautiful and newly refurbished decorated rooms to let ✨

We’re 5mins drive out of Totnes in a big old farmhouse with loads of rooms and kitchens and bathrooms and so we’re asking £750 each room all in (one with en-suite and it’s own separate entrance) as it’s much more than just a room. I’ll try to explain but it’s a bit complicated, so happy to send you a video if you’re interested as it’s much easier to figure out from that!

The two rooms on offer are either a very big bright room overlooking hills, or an annexe with ensuite and a seperate entrance. As well as everything like internet being included both of these rooms would share there own very large kitchen and living room with woodburner and then another room. Me and my wife Bryony live in the other side of the house and we’ve got our own kitchen and living room and stuff but the house and land are big enough to retreat away in, or have the occassional cup of tea / bit of socialising if you like. It’s a true pleasure living in a home where you can hang out and have a chat or meal if you like. Would suit a working person.

You could have the spare room for whatever you want, as an office / craft / therapy space or spare bedroom. Outside are extensive gardens and land with some woodland, a big storage workshop, plenty of parking, three cats and eight chickens. (Now 4 chickens and a fox apparently).

Please note that because of (archaic) HMO licensing laws we can only take two people, although older children may be able to stay if it’s not their main residence. Most likely no dogs unless they’re small / cute / but definitely no yappy dogs because of the cats. Preferably no cats, as we have a delicate cat-eco-system already, but if you’re super cool and your cat is chill then maybe.
