The bungalow has sea views to the front and a private walled garden with patio table and parasol. The lodger will have access to a double room, with kitchenette for lite meals, bathroom, garden and patio and host kitchen if required.



The room can be let on a short term basis of a minimum 6 months - ( a long term lodger is preferred .)
The room is ready to move in around the end of August 2026 - after the present lodger vacates the premises.

The room has 1 comfy single bed with a good mattress, (bedding and pillows and towels are not provided,) there is a hanging area that can double as a drying clothes area. There is a set of draws, a table and chair to sit and eat food at, and a comfy chair
The bungalow is a quiet space, The ideal lodger would be someone who appreciates their own privacy.
I have 2 dogs, so please be aware this is a dog friendly environment. Please do not apply if you dont like dogs...or allergic to dogs.

There is CCTV installed on the premises, and also outside.
