The house is located in a quiet close, very near to the station (walk to the back of the station in less than 2 mins) and 5 mins walk from the beach and the town centre. Off-street parking and the shared use of our large garden are included.

The room is on the middle floor of the 3 floor house. There are a shared bathroom and a separate toilet on the same floor.

My son and I have bedrooms and another bathroom on the top floor.

On the ground floor you will have shared use of the fully equipped kitchen and utility room.
