I have the bottom half of a large house to let. You would have your own living room, large kitchen, w/c and shower room. There is also a double bedroom with french doors leading to a private enclosed patio area. The house has central heating, wireless broadband and a washing machine. I live upstairs with my partner and our cats (no kids). Quiet house, nice area, 2 minutes from local shops and 10 mins from town centre. We are friendly, easy going and are loking for one or two people to live in the bottom half of the house. There is plenty of on-street parking.
