Hello, I'm looking for a lodger either part time or full time for at least 2 months, but up to 6 months. I am away alot over the summer, so I need someone I can trust to look after my cottage and water my plants in my absence. You will be working in secure employment and I will take up references and a deposit in advance. I am looking for a mature individual who I can feel comfortable with and who respects my space. I have limited outside space, but do have a balcony. There are stairs on each level of the property , so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There lots of lovely walks close by and the leisure centre and town centre is 15 to 20 mins walk down the hill. Please contact me after 12th if you are interested in viewing the room and meeting me.
