There is free parking directly outside and a small courtyard garden. All appliances available to use, Washing machine, fridge, oven, kettle, toaster , juicer. There is also a small amount of additional storage if needed.
The Location is very close to Oddicombe beach, Babbaombe downs, Anstey's Cove , St Mary Church and Torquay town centre.
Looking for a female who is clean ,Tidy and respectful. I do have my girlfriend staying over some nights and occasionally my nieces and nephews but not that often. The flat is in a peaceful street and fairly quiet however I do like to play music sometimes.
I like cooking and spend a fair bit of time in the kitchen.
I have plenty of books available if you like to read and The WiFi is super fast.
