Lovely Single Room to Rent in a Beautiful Victorian Home – All Bills Included

A bright and comfortable single bedroom is available in my beautiful Victorian home, ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from Torquay Coach Station, with easy bus links to Torbay Hospital and Torquay town centre. The property is situated on a main bus route, but the bedroom is positioned at the rear of the house, making it peaceful and quiet.

The room is furnished with a single bed, chest of drawers and a desk. I am currently replacing the desk with a wardrobe to provide additional storage space before the room is let.

You’ll have full use of the shared kitchen and dining areas, and all bills, including Wi-Fi, are included in the rent. There is nearby on street parking but no use to the parking at the rear of the property.

I work long hours and take great pride in keeping my home clean, tidy and welcoming. I’m therefore looking for a like-minded lodger who is respectful, considerate and takes similar care of their living space. Ideally, this would suit a working professional. I live alone and enjoy a quiet home, and I’m fortunate to have lovely neighbours and a friendly community.

Please note that I do not have a TV licence, as I don’t use live TV or BBC iPlayer. If you wish to use services that require a TV licence, you would be responsible for obtaining one yourself.

Unfortunately, due to medical reasons, I cannot accept smokers or pets, so these are essential requirements.
