Hi, I have a double room available, quiet household, I am 5 mins away from Abby Sands beach, and Torre Abby Gardens, 20 mins walk from Cockington Gardens, less than 2 miles away from Torbay Hospital. I live alone, and work part time for a local charity. £650 pcm includes all bills, superfast broadband, shared lounge, all mod cons kitchen, small garden. I have a bathroom and a newly refurbished wet room. ffi or to having a viewing to fully appreciate the accommodation offered, please call Marina. I am unable to accommodate any bycicles, but happy if you want to tether to handrail outside the house. Sorry i cannot accommodate pets.
