Hi guys, I'm renting out the spare double room in my house on The Carrions in Totnes.

It's a great location, a minute's walk to Fore Street and very peaceful - my neighbours are very considerate and friendly.

I'm looking for somebody who works and won't be working from home (ideally) and someone who is looking for somewhere long-term.

I'm very amenable and easy to get along with, and I'll be prioritising similar personalities as I think that's the most important thing when choosing to live with somebody!

The £650pm includes all bills. Unfortunately I only have one parking space that I use!
