Hello House Hunters!

Our fabulous big farmhouse just a 4/5 mins drive (or 20min cycle) from Totnes has now got a double bedroom available for someone wonderful.

(Absolutely no cats or dogs….sorry….we already have two cats here)

We’re a pretty chill house, got a few acres of land around with a small woodland you can hang out in and also plenty of space to grow.

It’s generally lovely and quiet here, although we’ve got like a whole army of owls surrounding the place and they do hoot sometimes, we did have some chickens too but the fox ate them. Sad times.

This is actually an offer for two rooms, so if you could have one as an office or just a spare bed or whatever. Would definitely suite someone that works outside the house mainly, partly because the internet works but can be a bit annoying sometimes but generally ok. You can also have just the one room for £700.
