A spacious double room is available in our large, comfortable house, in a convenient location with excellent transport links into Central London.

We're a friendly, respectful household and enjoy a good balance of privacy and socialising. It's generally a quiet house, with everyone being considerate of each other's time and space. That said, we're not strangers living under the same roof - we enjoy the occasional chat, and in the summer there's nothing better than a garden BBQ together!

A bit about the house:

We have two dogs and a cat, all three very friendly and part of the family, so an animal lover would be ideal.

We're looking for a new housemate who is clean, tidy considerate and respectful, and who will help keep the communal areas clean and pleasant for everyone.

Excellent location:

- Around 7 minutes by bus to Seven Sisters Station (Victoria
Line)
- Very good connections to Central London, King's Cross and
Liverpool Street
