I have a 1 bedroom flat available between November 23 and February 15 2027 Some bills are included. You would have to pay £40 per month to cover some electric bills Everything else I can cover myself. WiFi available. No smoking or loud music please.
I would prefer female (or a quiet male who doesn’t drink or smoke) student or professional.
2 people also possible - in this case the rent will be £250 per week (roughly £125 each)
I have a bed in my living room so you could sleep separately if you wish
I’m leaving the country November 23 and coming back mid February. So if you want to live completely alone, start your rent just before I leave or when I leave. Would be better if you move in 1-2 days before I depart because then I can explain everything here. You can always contact me via WhatsApp when I’m away if you have any questions about anything.
