Hi there!

We are Diana and Flavien, and we have found a total gem of a flat in Tottenham Hale. We are looking for a third professional to join us in making this place a home by January 30th.

The Flat:
It is a beautiful 80m² duplex located just a 5-minute walk from Tottenham Hale station (Victoria Line & Stansted Express) and The Gym. It features a lovely balcony and plenty of space. We have lived in the area for over 5 years and absolutely love it here.

The Room:
Your room is 11.7m² and comes with built-in storage drawers. It’s a great size for a double bed and a desk.
The Numbers:
* Rent: £800 pcm.
* Bills: Not included. We split them equally between the 3 of us.
* Estimated Bills: Approx. £125 per person/month (includes Council Tax (Band C), fast Wi-Fi, Energy & Water).

Who we are:
We are a couple (French and Spanish) looking to create a friendly, professional, and homely vibe.
* Diana: I work in the charity sector and studied politics. I love chilling at home, reading books, and watching movies with a good coffee or a glass of red wine.
* Flavien: He is an Industrial Designer. He is a bit of a workaholic and "sportolic" (loves his exercise!), but very easy-going.
We are tidy and social, but not crazy party people. We want a flatmate who is independent but happy to share a meal or a chat in the evenings.

Important:
Since we are securing the property now, we need someone who can move in on Jan 30th and is ready to provide references/sign the rental agreement ASAP.
