Hello! 
We are 2 self- employed actors. We have lived in this house for 8 months and our current housemate has decided to move to a studio flat (no hard feelings) so we are looking for another person to join the Bream Close Family !
The pictures do not do it justice so viewing advised!

We both play instruments and sing so are looking for someone creative or who doesn't mind a spot of background music around the house as we practice. 

The room is a single room, fully furnished with single bed (storage below) and wardrobe. :)
Bills included are- Gas, Electric, Council Tax, Water, Wifi and TV License.

There is a big living room and kitchen/Diner. The living room comes with a handy sofa bed if you ever have friends to stay. In the corner we have a desk with a printer for everyone in the house to use.

The house itself is on a quiet street tucked away in the corner, there is a parking space, garage, front and back gardens. There is storage under the stairs and plenty more storage in the garage.

It is less an 8 minute walk from Tottenham Hale Bus, Rail and Underground station (zone 3 and Victoria Line). With direct trains to Stratford and Liverpool Street taking only 15 minutes. There is a massive retail park with a Lidl, Boots, B&Q etc...

On the walk from the station to the house you pass a lovely sized tesco express and The Gym group with really good prices (we both enjoy going for the classes and you would be more than welcome to come join us).

The House itself sits right in between Lea Valley Canal and Walthamstow Wetlands so it feels like a bit of peaceful country side with the advantage of being so close to Central London.
