The house has recently been renovated and is perfectly located. It is a short (8-10 minutes)’ walk to Tottenham Hale Station (Victoria Line) and 12-15 minutes’ walk to Bruce Grove (Overground) train station.

The house is located in a quiet, residential area. You're a short walk away from the new Tottenham Hale Developments, the centre of Tottenham, and access to Tottenham Marshes at the end of the road for some scenic walks. (There's also a brewery at the end of the road if that's your thing!).

The price includes all the bills, utilities, and internet.

There's also some additional storage space if you have some larger bits.

You can purchase a parking pass from the council if you drive.

The house also comes with a dog - a saluki / greyhound cross called Suki (she's pretty great). Although I can accommodate another dog, unfortunately Suki isn’t a fan of cats.
