My amazing housemate has managed to get on the property ladder, so I’m looking for someone to replace her for the rest our tenancy.

THE APARTMENT

We live in a gorgeously spacious 2-bed and 2-bathroom new build apartment in Hale Village, which is a few minutes’ walk from Tottenham Hale.

It has wood flooring throughout, with an open plan kitchen/dining/living area that leads onto a balcony.

You have your own bathroom with a bath and shower.

THE AREA

Hale Village is an area with great connections: within half an hour you can be in either Oxford Street (by Victoria line) or Stratford Westfield (by Greater Anglia train).

There’s a retail park over the road, Walthamstow wetlands over the bridge, and loads of other great local amenities.

THE HOUSEMATE

I’m quite introverted so I’m happy keeping to myself most of the time and giving people their space comes naturally, but I’m also up for hanging out and chatting after work, watching a series/film, cooking together, playing board games, etc. I'm courteous, quiet, and always clean up after myself.

I try to keep fit and active, and I enjoy going for runs and playing football. I love reading (mostly non-fiction, but I’m trying to get back into fiction more this year) and learning, and will usually be working on a number of writing projects. I've really started getting into film over the last year, and I go to the cinema pretty regularly.

I’ve been vegan for over 10 years now and would prefer to live with another vegan (or vegetarian). I don’t mind living with omnivores, but would appreciate having an assigned shelf in the fridge and freezer to keep my stuff separated from meat etc.

I speak a bit of French and Spanish.

THE DETAILS

You will be joining our tenancy, which runs until 14th June 2025. After that we can choose to extend if we like!

Bills come out at ~£200/month, which includes internet and a lovely cleaner who comes once a fortnight.
