We have a room available in our shared house in Turnpike Lane!

The room is a large double size with an adjacent bathroom. The house is a large 4 bedroom across 3 floors in a really beautiful area of London. It is just across from Downhills Park and at the back of the house there is a large garden which backs onto a smaller park. So generally, a very green area!

It is about an 8-minute walk to Turnpike Lane station which is on the Piccadilly Line, easily accessible to King's Cross for other tube lines.

You’ll be sharing with myself; a designer, an architecture student, and a sales assistant.
I also sometimes have a little dog who is very friendly.

The rent is £700 per month inclusive of all bills with a deposit of £500. The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and drawers. The room is available now.

There are 3 bathrooms in the house, a large living room, a big shared kitchen, and a garden. Also, a good washing machine and fibre optic wifi.
