Hi there! I'm subletting my spare double room in a 2 bed flat share. Room is available from 1st October to 31 March 2027 but exact move in and out can be arranged. Short term lets welcomed too if you are only staying for a couple weeks or months.

You'll be sharing the living room, kitchen and bathroom with me. Your room will be fully furnished including all beddings and towels, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe (wardrobe not shown in the photos but it's there). Flat comes with everything you need including washer/dryer, standard kitchen appliances, microwaves, air-fryer, etc. I have a smart TV in the living room with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney + to share.

The flat is only 3 mins walk from Tottenham Hale station which connects you to central London and other parts of the city easily.

15 mins to Liverpool Street
30 mins to Central London
20 mins to Stratford
50 mins to Stansted airport with express train

Tottenham Hale retail park is also right across the street with Boots, Iceland Warehous, Lidl, B&Q, B&M, TK Maxx, etc.

About me:
I'm Paris (32) and I moved to London from Los Angeles about 6 years ago. I work in theatre as a stage manager and I'm currently on tour, which means I'm away most of the time and only home on the weekends from time to time. I enjoy pilates, theatre, music, cooking and walking around the city.

I'm technically a live-in landlord but I only own part of the flat as I bought it through the shared ownership scheme. Therefore, I also pay rent and mortgage every month. I will pay for all the bills to make things easier on your end.

About you:
I'm looking for someone easygoing, respectful and chill. Ideally someone who's up for occasional chatting or socializing but also enojys a peaceful, laid-back environment at home. Bonus if you DO NOT work from home.

Like I said, I'll be away a lot on tour, so you'll have the flat to yourself most of the time. I do come home for the weekend every 2-3 weeks max and would like to have someone who will take care of my home while I'm away.
