We have a medium double room available in our three-bedroom home in N17, between Bruce Grove and Northumberland Park, within walking distance of Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale.

Available from 1st January 2027.

It’s a lovely, light-filled home with plenty of shared space and a garden for relaxing, growing plants and storing bikes.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys living in a home that’s calm, friendly and considerate. We like having a chat, sharing the occasional film or heading out to a gig, but also appreciate having our own space and time to ourselves.

It’s important to us that everyone feels comfortable at home, looks after the shared spaces and does their bit to keep things running smoothly.

Someone who’s considerate, communicative and happy to do their bit to keep the home a nice place to be, and who enjoys a friendly home but also values having their own space.

Bonus if you’re vegetarian, environmentally conscious, enjoy gardening or are interested in low-waste living. We enjoy doing these things together as a household, from growing plants in the garden to finding thoughtful, community-minded ways of living.
