Hi! I’m looking for a tidy and friendly female flatmate to move into a peaceful, spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Hale Village, just 5 minutes’ walk from Tottenham Hale Station (Victoria Line & National Rail). My flatmate is moving to another country for work and I am looking for a replacement using tenancy swap or short-let sublets. Agent is Ellis & Co.

• Bright double bedroom, fully furnished by me (bed, wardrobe, drawers etc.)
• The flat was originally unfurnished, but you’re welcome to buy and keep the furniture for a very nominal amount if you like
