Hi there! Due to relocating to abroad, I will be leaving this lovely house and will be looking for someone to take the biggest room.

The replacement tenant will be added by deed of assignment to the contract until December, which if all goes well can renew the contract with tenants then.

The deposit is £955.

The room is very spacious, it has a double bed (does not come with a mattress, though one is available to purchase off me for cheaper), and can come with some pieces of furniture or without.

The House:
We comfortably fit 4 of us in this spacious house. There is a living room and an open kitchen/ dining room which means we are rarely on top of each other. We have a large attic for storage. There is a garden at the back which has a table with chairs, but also a lovely natural section with a stunning willow tree at the back.

It’s been a lovely laid back house, social but by no means a party house, respectful, clean and tidy. We are all friends (aged 28-29) and have known each other a long time. We spend time with each other, invite friends over for dinner etc and are looking for someone who will fit in well with that.
