We are a couple who are live in landlords looking for a lodger to share our 3 bedroom house in Bruce Grove.

The room is a large furnished double room. (15.6sqm) With three door wardrobe, a chests of drawers, a desk and a dressing table. The house has a kitchen, bathroom and large decorated living room. The bathroom is shared.. There is a good sized garden with a lawn. The kitchen is fully stocked for communal use.

We are looking for a nice, quiet, professional who is respectful of communal space.

We are a 39 year old local government work and 33 year old Civil Servant. We both work from home.

We have three outdoor cats who are friendly. But no litter tray inside!

We would be interested in a Monday-Friday let, for a lower price.

8 minutes walk to Bruce Grove station, on the Overground to Liverpool St. Seven Sisters Tube is 15 minutes walk or 2 minutes on the Overground.
Tottenham High Road has many bus routes is a 8 minutes walk away.
