Hi please read the description fully and and let us know a bit about yourself if you are interested!
The downstairs double bedroom is available in our communal house share in Tottenham. As well as a double bed, wardrobe, mattress, desk lamp and a desk (if required), the room has a statement Edwardian fire place and a French door opening in to the outside space at the back of the house
The living room has comfy sofas and a TV, whilst the dining room has a really long dining table (perfect for socializing or working on). There is also a piano.
There is a large kitchen with plenty of storage and a utility area with a new washer/dryer + fridge. We have a decent sized garden with a big BBQ and a big communal outdoor table.
On street parking can easily be arranged.
Current residents are mostly (but not all) on the LGBTQ+ spectrum. Between us you can find interests in music, clubbing, film, travel, theatre, dance and generally making the most out of living in London.
The house vibes are generally quite laid back, relaxed and fairly sociable. We keep the communal areas clean and tidy, but are tolerant of imperfections.
Most bills included (Council tax, TV license, Water & Internet + a professional cleaner who comes once per week). We have super fast 1 Gig Virgin Broadband.
We then split the gas/electric bill between us and contribute to the expenses for cleaning products and toilet paper.
The house benefits from being very close to not one, but two parks. Lordship Recreation ground which includes an outdoor gym, Table Tennis plus a Parkrun on Saturday mornings. Bruce Castle Park has tennis courts and the historic Bruce Castle (+museum). There is loads of other cool stuff happening in Tottenham with new markets, restaurants, music venues and so much more opening up.
Bruce Grove station (Overground) is 10 minutes walk away and Seven Sisters (Victoria line) is also walkable. Wood Green and Turnpike Line (Piccadilly Line) are accessible by buses from the end of the road, which also go to Dalston, Stoke Newington and Walthamstow. You will also find a couple of mini-supermarkets and a selection of eateries 2 minutes walk away.
